Job Description

The Sr. Pricing Analytics Manager will have a unique mix of business intuition and analytical expertise enabling them to drive strategic pricing decisions across the Fontem US organization.  Strong candidates will be excited about evolving pricing strategy, analyzing large sets of data, and collaborating with a cross-functional group of business partners on high-impact initiatives, with a solid understanding of excise tax implications at a regional level. 

This role reports to the VP of Revenue Growth Management.


  • Analyzing own and competitive pricing trends, modeling price elasticities, hypothesizing and testing new pricing strategies, modeling sales and margin impact and working with cross-functional teams to optimize and execute aligned pricing strategies.
  • Build pricing elasticity models to inform optimal pricing and promotion strategies using all available data sources.
  • Lead the evolution of pricing metrics while informing pricing decisions through reporting, tools development and comprehensive analysis.
  • Engage with various internal business partners to align priorities, develop strategic plans and measure performance improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate growth and build tools to analyze and test new pricing strategies.
  • Conduct vigorous analytics to assess data from “test and learns” to uncover growth opportunities.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field required; Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics or Market Research preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ work experience in analytical, consulting, technology, startup, and consumer packaged goods or strategy.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
  • Demonstrated experience with analytics tools such as CRMs, Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, Salesforce, etc.
  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory role.
  • Proven record leading analytical, consulting, or other team projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to completion with minimum management oversight.
  • Must demonstrate and excel in collaboration and be able to apply a cross-functional mindset.
  • Travel required: 10% or less.
